Carrier Accounts & Contracts

AB3 Delivery is shipping software. Your shipping contract is always directly between you and your carrier — AB3 does not sell, resell or invoice carrier services.

At a glance

You pay AB3 for the software

Our fees cover access to the AB3 software and its carrier integrations — nothing else.

You pay your carrier for shipping

Labels, postage and transportation are billed to you by the carrier, under your own agreement with them.

The two are completely separate

AB3 is not a party to your carrier contract and never handles carrier charges.

Our software subscription

AB3 Delivery charges merchants for access to the AB3 software and the carrier integrations it provides — automated label creation, delivery options at checkout, order fulfillment and shipment tracking. This is a fee for software only.

AB3 fees are billed through the platform you installed AB3 from (Shopify or Wix) and never include shipping, postage or any other carrier charges. See AB3 pricing →

Carrier contracts are separate

To ship with AB3, you need your own business customer account or contract with each carrier you want to use. That agreement is made directly between you and the carrier. AB3 Delivery is not a party to it, does not negotiate it, and has no involvement in the commercial relationship between you and the carrier.

  • AB3 Delivery is not a carrier and does not transport parcels.
  • AB3 Delivery does not sell or resell the services of Matkahuolto, Posti, PostNord, Bring or any other carrier.
  • You never need to purchase a carrier service from AB3 Delivery.

Carrier charges

Each carrier charges you directly for its shipping services, shipping labels, postage, transportation and any other carrier-related fees, according to your own agreement with that carrier.

AB3 Delivery does not collect, process or invoice carrier charges, and does not receive payments on behalf of any carrier. Carrier charges are not part of AB3 pricing.

How to get a carrier account

AB3 currently integrates with the carriers below. To become a business customer, contact the carrier directly — once you have an account, you can connect it to AB3.

Links lead to each carrier's official website. Account requirements, pricing and contract terms are set by the carrier and may differ by country — please check them with the carrier.

How the integration works

  1. Get a carrier account

You sign up as a business customer directly with the carrier and agree on services, pricing and terms with them.

  2. Connect it to AB3

You enter the integration credentials of your own carrier account in AB3's carrier settings.

  3. AB3 communicates with the carrier

AB3 uses your credentials to communicate with the carrier's services and API — showing pickup points at checkout, creating shipping labels and tracking shipments.

  4. You ship under your own carrier agreement

Every shipment is made under your existing relationship with the carrier, and the carrier invoices you for it directly.

Your contract stays yours. Connecting a carrier account to AB3 does not transfer, replace or change your contract with the carrier.

Questions about carrier pricing

Questions about carrier rates, contracts, shipping prices, invoices, postage, service availability or carrier-specific terms should be directed to the relevant carrier, as those arrangements are between you and the carrier.
