When you print a label in AB3, two things happen automatically: the Wix order is marked as fulfilled and a tracking link is inserted into the order. Together these trigger an automated shipping confirmation email to your customer — no manual steps needed after printing.
How it works
After you print a label, AB3 sends a fulfillment request to Wix and inserts the tracking link into the order. Wix then sends a shipping confirmation email to your customer containing their tracking information. You print — your customer gets notified.
Who it's for
Any merchant who currently updates order statuses manually or sends tracking information separately. If you have ever forgotten to mark an order as fulfilled, or had customers asking where their package is, this handles both automatically.
